She later offered some additional context:
He was only with the foster family for 3 weeks. The wife said that out of the 40+ dogs that they have fostered, this is the only one that her husband begged her to keep. They did amazing with him, he’s housebroken and knows “come” and “sit” and he’s only 4 months old! We got so lucky!
